Mary Abigail Andrews‑Szikszai is an experienced Trainer, Teacher and Assessor with over 12 years’ expertise specialising in education and early years care. She is passionate about creating nurturing and inclusive learning environments that support the development and wellbeing of learners. Mary Abigail focuses on equipping educators and care professionals with the skills and confidence to provide high‑quality, compassionate care from an early age.

She combines her strong background in healthcare and education to deliver effective training, assess learner progress, and ensure regulatory compliance within early years and wider care settings. Her experience includes supporting learners with additional needs, developing tailored learning resources, and promoting positive behaviour support across educational and care environments.

Mary Abigail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and a full suite of advanced teaching and assessment qualifications, including the AET, CAVA, IQA and DET, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence. Recognised as a finalist in the Dementia Care Awards 2024 for workforce development, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge in safeguarding, child development, and personalised learning approaches. Fluent in English and proficient in Hungarian, she is dedicated to fostering compassionate, engaging and effective education through empathy, integrity and high‑quality practice.
